Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson met at their church in Hamburg they realized there was no going back. Ashley was just 17, and she had never been in a relationship with another man prior to that. The couple began their relationship very slow. However, it was true love at the first sight. Andrew prayed on New Year's Eve right before the new year began in 2016, to God would give him a last blessing this year. It was also hoped that Ashley would marry him. Ashley wanted to have a rustic folk wedding theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. They incorporated a small amount of everything they loved to create the wedding day. Ashley grew in the 40-acre land that was picked as the location for their wedding. Ashley played and explored throughout the entire land, even the paths they had taken to get there. Andrew, Ashley and their companions had already explored the field several times before they started to get together. Personalization became important since almost all of the decorations were made by the groom and bride. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley created the wedding ceremony arch and the seating arch. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley claims that we might never have the amazing wedding I envisioned if we hadn't had Anna's flower designs. Truly amazing.
